SHIPPING

1. How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free. To Belgium it’s €7.95, and to Germany €9.95.

Want extra peace of mind? For just €1.95 extra, you can insure your package against damage and theft. Simply select this option during checkout.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Don’t see your country at checkout? Feel free to send us a message via this link, and we’ll see what we can do for you.

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 5 business days. In many cases, you’ll receive your package within 48 hours, but this is not a guaranteed promise. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace so you can follow it yourself.

4. Will I always receive a Track & Trace code?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a Track & Trace in your inbox. Didn’t get an email? Check your spam folder or send us a message.

MY ORDER

1. Where is my order?

First, check your Track & Trace code, it shows the latest update. Is it taking longer than expected or hasn’t the status changed? Feel free to contact us.

Haven’t received a Track & Trace within 3 to 4 days after placing your order? Send us a message with your order number and we’ll provide an update within 24 hours.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a Track & Trace in your inbox. This lets you see exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered. No email?
Check your spam folder or send us a message.

3. My Track & Trace code isn’t working - what now?

4. Oops, I entered the wrong address or email. What can I do?

5. Can I still cancel my order after placing it?

This depends on how far along we are with packing and shipping. Send us a message right away and we’ll see if cancellation is still possible. If your package has already been shipped, you can always return it once you’ve received it.

6. My order arrived damaged - what now?

Of course, that’s not what we want. Please send us a message within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with a few clear photos of the issue. Then we’ll work together to find a good solution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. How do returns work and how many days do I have?

You have 14 days to return your order. The return costs are €9.95. Once the fee has been paid, we’ll send you the DPD return label. Please make sure the sneakers are unworn and in their
original condition, otherwise, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Once we’ve received your return and everything has been checked, we’ll refund your money within 5 business days.

2. How do I send something back?

Simple:

  1. Request your return here:

  2. Pay €9.95 via the payment link.
  3. You won’t receive your return label immediately
    after payment. We create it manually and send it to you.
  4. You don’t need to print the QR code we send you. Seal your package properly, find a nearby DPD drop-off point, and hand in your parcel using the QR code on your phone.

3. Can I exchange my order for a different size or model?

Sure! You pay €9.95 for the return label, and we’ll ship the new pair to you for free. Let us know which model or size you’d like to receive, and we’ll get started right away. Please keep in mind that some sizes may differ in price.

Is your preferred size or model not listed on the website? No problem, feel free to send us a message to see if we can arrange it for you. We’ll always do our best, but unfortunately,
we can’t guarantee it.

4. When will I get my refund after returning an item?

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund. The amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for your order. The exact timing depends on your
payment provider, but on average the money will be back in your account within 5 business days.
