Return Policy
Not satisfied with your product? No problem. You can easily return your item within 14 days after receiving it. Just follow the steps below:
Register
Download the return form here and place it in the package you want to return.
Packaging
Pack the products in their original condition. Make sure the parcel is shipped double boxed. Place the completed return form inside the box.
Shipping (please do not create your own shipping label due to insurance)
At the top of this page, enter your order number and email address and click “Continue”.
After paying €9.95, you’ll receive your DPD return label by email as soon as possible.
Refund
When will I receive my refund? We refund your payment within 14 days after
cancellation.
What will I get refunded? You’ll receive the full purchase amount back, including the original shipping and payment costs.
Where will my refund be sent? We refund the amount using the same payment method you used at checkout. If this isn’t possible, we’ll contact you.
Depreciation
If the returned product is damaged, shows signs of wear, is incomplete, or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a compensation for loss of value. These costs will be deducted from your refund and depend on the condition of the returned item.
